Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Innate Map (“we”) handles information in connection with the innatemap.com website and our digital products.

Who we are

Innate Map is an independent publisher of educational Human Design materials, run by a sole trader registered in Ukraine. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. The fastest way to reach us, including for any request about your data, is support@innatemap.com; we answer every message ourselves.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: for example, your email address if you contact us or ask for a free guide, and the Human Design type you select when you request that guide.
  • Birth details you enter in our calculator: to draw a chart we ask for your date of birth, your time of birth (optional), and your city of birth. Your city is matched to a time zone inside your browser, using a list of cities the page downloads; the city name itself never leaves your device. What reaches our server is only the date, the time (or 12:00 noon if you told us you don’t know it), and the time-zone name. Our calculator works out the chart, sends it straight back to your browser, and keeps nothing: your birth details are not written to any database, file, or account, they are not attached to your email address, and we do not store the resulting chart. Apart from the standard technical logs described below, which our hosting provider keeps for every request to any website, no record of your chart is created. Your birth details are never included in the usage counts described below.
  • Purchase information: handled by our payment processor (see below). We receive confirmation of your order but not your full payment-card details.
  • Anonymous usage counts: to see which pages people read, which parts of the site work, and where people get stuck, we count page views and steps on our own pages. An event records the page you were on, a short label for what happened (and, when something goes wrong, a short label for the kind of error, such as a missing date), how many milliseconds after the page opened it happened, and the size of your browser window, along with a random number generated in your browser that your browser discards when you close the tab. If you arrived by following a link from another website, we also record the domain name of that website (for example pinterest.com) and never the rest of the address. These events use no cookies, and we do not store your email address or your IP address with them; they are not tied to a purchase.
  • Hosting logs: like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance.

Payments

Purchases are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ), our Merchant of Record. Creem collects and processes the information needed to complete your payment under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full card number.

How we use information

  • To calculate and show the chart you ask for.
  • To deliver the products you buy and provide support.
  • To respond to your messages.
  • To send updates you’ve asked to receive (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • To see where people get stuck on the site, using the anonymous counts described above.
  • To keep the site secure and working properly.

Sharing

We don’t sell your personal information and we don’t share it for advertising. We share information only with the service providers that make the site work, and only as far as each one needs:

  • Cloudflare: hosts the site and runs our chart calculator, and provides the Turnstile anti-spam check used on our email forms. To verify that check, your IP address is passed to Cloudflare. The database that holds our anonymous usage counts is also run by Cloudflare.
  • Brevo: our email provider. It holds your email address and the Human Design type you selected, and sends the guides and updates you asked for.
  • Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ): our Merchant of Record, which handles purchases (see “Payments”).

We may also disclose information where required by law.

Cookies and browser storage

We keep cookies to a minimum and use only what’s needed for the site to function. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not use third-party analytics that follow you across sites: the usage counts described above are our own, stay on our own domain, and set no cookies. They do keep a random session number in your browser’s session storage, which your browser discards when you close the tab. The Cloudflare Turnstile check on our email forms may set its own cookie or storage entry in order to run that check.

After you ask for a free guide, your email address and the type you selected are saved in your browser’s local storage, so the page doesn’t have to ask again on your next visit. We also keep small preferences there: for example, that you’ve dismissed a prompt, so we don’t show it to you again. All of that stays on your device and you can remove it by clearing your browser’s site data.

Some pages, for example our quiz, ask optional questions about you to decide which wording or which guide to show you. Those answers are handled in your browser to pick what you see next. They are not attached to your email address and we don’t build a profile from them; if an answer helps us see where people drop off, it may be included in the anonymous counts described above, which contain nothing that identifies you.

Our calculator and third-party links

The chart calculator on this site is our own and runs on our own site, on the hosting described above; your birth details are not passed to any outside calculator or astrology API. Some pages link to external resources: for example, the official Jovian Archive calculator, offered only as a way to cross-check your result. We’re not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites; please review their policies.

Data retention

We keep your email address and the type you selected in our email system until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. When you unsubscribe we take you off the mailing list and add your address to a suppression list, so we keep the address itself on record for the sole purpose of making sure nothing is ever sent to it again; if you would rather it be erased completely, email us and we will. Records related to a purchase are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Birth details are not retained at all. They exist only for the moment your chart is calculated. Anonymous usage counts are kept in our own database for as long as they are useful for improving the site; they carry no name, email address, or IP address. Technical logs are held by our hosting provider under its own retention settings.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send. To make a request, email support@innatemap.com.

Children

Our products are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date above shows the current version.
